Glad to be back from Las Vegas WPPI Convention!
It was crowded, smokey and expensive, but loads of fun. Here are some photos from the worlds largest photography convention and some of the most famous photographers in the world.
Oh, and again I bumped into another Celebrity at the airport, but this time it was at my aiprort in Sacramento, California..none other than the famous MR. ”T” I pitty the fool! You must always have your camera ready!!

hey randy…missed you at the wppi (nicknamed whoopie). Looks like you had fun. so…how many whale tails did you buy??? 10 or 12? I still have my first gen lightsphere. I will just hot rod it with a piece of foil in the back. tape a white plastic flap on top. tape an aluminum stove range protector on top. My next step is to move to Canada

WOW. This morning was the first time we really had to look at the computer. Love the pics you got – you captured a lot of the famous faces for sure!! Well we’re off to a day of our own vacationing and picture taking so it should be fun. Probably wont have much to post for a day or so as we are takinig as much time to relax and take pictures as possible. I’m enjoying not being in front of the computer…

Randy, thanks for the feedback. Now there’s an idea I didn’t consider…can’t settle on a font, use ‘em both! So many of us at WPPI and I bet there are many that didn’t meet. Next year we need to coordinate a xanga party, I’m sure it would be a big hit. Pictage will be envious. You really did get pics of all the “players”. I think my two favs this year were Buissink and the Taufers. I get jazzed by Joe’s enthusiasm and Vicki and Jed are marketing masters. Thanks again for the logo feedback. Jeff

No I did not see these! These are great! I did not carry my camera to the classes so not many pics!Mark did get one of me and Dawn Davis. Gotta a ton of Vegas tho! Next year I think a point and shoot would be great!

hey randy…it was my third time in a row to whooppi. That is because of the great deal I get on air and hotel (it cost me only $ 265 for roundtrip america west plus three nights at the alladin hotel). And a chance to get away from it all here to live breathe eat and sheet wedding photography. what’s interesting is all these gd album companies. they must’ve really streamlined the process for so many album companies to pop up. what’s interesting now with the internet and all is they’re being produced offshore. ten bucks per page layout and print page. here i’m spending 45-60 minutes per page…damn…I should start outsourcing to a third world country too. Let me set up shop at my ancestral village in China. Then I’ll make my move to canada like you know who
