Now This is a BIG lens!
I’m thinking about adding this monster lens to my system this year. Its a Canon 400mm 2.8 IS L Lens, I have seen these going for around $4000-$4600 used. Oh, and it weighs in around 14lbs. I figure, I need to stand out from all of the wedding guests, since now-a-days so many are showing up with semi pro gear, I need to look like a pro, so I guess I will really look more like a Ball and Chain with this oversized piece of glass! LOL!

but I think that 300mm lens its pretty restrictive and you would get a couple of shots each time…
but then again ,you ARE a pro photog
Pshh. Get the 200mm 1.8, then you’ll be pro AND you’ll be “original” cause few others have the lens…

(And of course if you put the 200mm on a 20D or 30D, it’s even longer than a 1D or 5D anyway…)

omg! i will hate you forever if you get it before me….i want it sooooo bad, except ofcourse i will purchase the superior brand that being NIKON of course!
