A Big 80th Surprize Party for Edna Fisher!

I wish that I can live to be as old as Edna Fisher of Richmond, California. Her three children have been planning this surprise Birthday celebration for an entire year. It was held at the San Mateo Marriott Hotel on Friday June 30th with almost 150 of Edna’s dearest friends from as far back as 40 years ago and many flew in from all over the US. A local news station was there to document the occassion. Turning 80 years old and having this many friends is a total blessing and it was a honor to be the one asked to document it for their entire family. Six years ago I photographed a wedding in which Edna’s daughter Barbara was the maid of honor. She tracked me down via the Internet to see that I moved from the San Francisco Bay Area five years ago and now am located in Roseville near Sacramento. It just goes to show you that we do make impressions on people and the Internet is BLESSING”! Notice the photo of this young 80 year old getting down on the dance floor…amazing!
